We want you to love your Shapemia purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges! Simply return your item following the process above and place a new order for the item you'd like instead. We'll refund your return and you won't pay shipping on your new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, panties, or intimate apparel that have been worn or had hygiene seals removed
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Can I return sale items?

Yes, sale items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange, unless marked as "Final Sale." Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We're sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective! Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll provide a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Do you offer international returns?

Yes, international returns are accepted. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is sent to our warehouse for processing and cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately.
