Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Shapemia ("we," "us," or "our") at www.shapemia.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

Use of site
You may use our Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Products and orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.
We make every effort to display products accurately, but cannot guarantee that your device displays colours or product details exactly as they appear in person.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the Site.

Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the prices in effect when charges are incurred, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns and refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened intimate apparel.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Intellectual property
All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, images, software — is the property of Shapemia or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shapemia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or products.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shapemia operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
