How to request deletion

1. Send an email

   Write to support@shapemia.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”.

2. Include your details

   Give the full name and email address associated with your account so we can locate your data.

3. Specify your request

   Let us know whether you want everything deleted or only specific categories from the list above.

4. Verification

   We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Third-party data

If you signed up or logged in using a third-party service, we will delete the data we received from that service. You may also need to manage your data directly with the provider:
